What we collect
Only what we need to make your order: your name, email address, Etsy order number, the photos you upload, and the details you type into the upload form (pet names, markings, personality notes, dedication message, delivery deadline).
We do not collect or store payment details. All payment information is handled by Etsy.
Why we collect it
To create your artwork, produce your proof, print your item, ship it, and answer your questions about the order. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Your photos and order details are shared only with the service providers required to fulfil your order — our print-on-demand manufacturer, our shipping carrier, our email provider, and our file-upload provider. Each sees only what it needs. We never sell your data or your photos.
AI processing
Your photos are processed through AI image tools as part of creating your illustration. We use these tools under commercial terms and do not submit your photos for use as public training material.
How long we keep it
Order records and final artwork are kept for 12 months so we can reprint if something goes wrong. Original uploaded photos are deleted within 90 days of delivery. Ask us to delete anything sooner and we will.
Marketing
We only show your finished artwork publicly if you gave explicit permission on the upload form. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will action it within 30 days.
